30-Day Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to us! If you've received a product and are unhappy, you are free to return the item to us up to 30-days after the purchase date in original, unopened and unused condition.
Please note:

• Razors that have been used cannot be returned under any circumstances. Given the potential health risks associated with the use of these types of products, no exceptions can be made.
• Personal Care Products must be unused / unopened in their original packaging due to hygienic reasons
• Products with broken tamper seals cannot be returned
• Merchandise that has been damaged by the buyer does not qualify for a refund.
• Refused or returned shipments are subject to a return shipment fee
• If a product is defective, it can only be exchanged for a same product replacement
• If you change your mind about a product, you will be held responsible for all shipping charges

Return Authorization

• Return the product using your preferred shipping method. Unless the return is due to an error on our part, we are not responsible for shipping and handling or gift wrap charges.
• Upon receiving the shipment, we will issue the credit and if there are any problems, we will contact you immediately.
• Please include the following information: Order Number, Full Name, Phone Number or Email Address, and Reason for Return.
• Please do not return items COD. We will reject all COD packages.
  

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you've received a defective or incorrect item in your shipment, please contact us and our customer service representatives will authorize a return or replacement. You will not be charged shipping charges for any mistakes we make while preparing your shipment.
