*Bluebeards Original Beard Wash

I bought this beard wash recently because I didn't want to dry out my face skin with regular shampoo. It does a good job washing out regular dirt and skin oil, but it is no match for Firehouse Moustache Wax. I have to break down the wax with coconut oil before I wash my 'stache.

Anyways, the beard wash has an overpowering fake lime smell. It has real lime in it, but the smell reminds me of a lime Lifesaver - definitely not something I want to smell for any amount of time. Based on the smell I would not buy it again, but some people might like it.

This wash is very good at removing the buildup of dirt and oil. It works up a nice lather and the scent is not overpowering, leaving only a light scent after a shower. My beard is much softer and shinier after using this wash and following up with the beard saver. Especially nice after a few days out backpacking!
