Your satisfaction is important to us! Products in original, unopened, and unused condition can be returned within 30 days after the purchase date.
Please note the following can NOT be returned if used due to health code regulations:
- Razors, razor blades
- Personal care products (shaving soaps, dental care items, deodorants, etc)
- Any item with a tamper evident seal that has been compromised
Products damaged by the buyer do not qualify for refunds. If the buyer changes their mind on a product, the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Defective products, products damaged in shipment, or incorrectly shipped items will only be exchanged or replaced with the same item.

I placed an order for three of the same item. The initial experience was great — I got really quick and accurate tracking info, the package was shipped swiftly and arrived quickly. Problem: when I opened the box, there was only one item instead of the three I ordered! But here’s the good news — when I contacted the company about the problem, they responded super-fast and politely, said they’d fix the problem, and then … they did just exactly what they said they'd do! They sent out the missing two items right away, with the same great tracking info and fast shipping. So, all’s well that ends well. Taking off a star for the glitch but I’d give them 4.5 stars if that was an option, given how well they handled the issue and for their great communications, shipping, and speed of service. The error ended up being a tiny blip in an otherwise great experience. Good job!
